Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Every piece is printed to order by our production partner, so your shirt is made just for you after you check out.

Shipping is a flat $5 per order, and free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States.

Production and delivery together typically take about a week. During holidays and busy periods it can take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking when it ships.

Returns and Exchanges

Because every item is printed to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size choice. Please check the size options on each product page before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we will make it right. Email hello@heardmarketing.io within 30 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then email us. If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email hello@heardmarketing.io as soon as possible. Once production has started, we cannot cancel the order.
