Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement
Welcome to Wood Racquet Society at woodracquetsociety.com (the "Site"), operated by IBU Web Services ("we", "us"). By browsing or placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent's or guardian's permission.
2. The Store
Wood Racquet Society is an online store selling illustrated, printed to order tennis apparel. Every item is produced individually after you order, so colors and print placement may vary slightly from the images shown. We may update products, designs, and prices at any time.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide through our payment processor, Stripe. We never store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and include the shipping charge shown at checkout: $5 flat, free on orders over $75. A 20 percent club discount applies automatically when you order 3 or more of the same item.
We may cancel or refuse any order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error. If we cancel after charging you, you receive a full refund.
4. Production and Fulfillment
Orders are produced and shipped by our print partner, Printify. Because each piece is printed to order, production and delivery typically take about a week, sometimes longer during busy periods. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
5. Returns and Shipping
Our return and shipping terms are described in our Shipping and Returns Policy at woodracquetsociety.com/shipping, which is part of these Terms.
6. Your Conduct
You agree not to: violate any law; use the Site to defraud or harm others; attempt unauthorized access to the Site; or use the Site for any purpose other than its intended use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all artwork, designs, text, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Buying a shirt does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.
8. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your order, such as your name, shipping address, email, and payment confirmation from Stripe. We do not sell personal information. To ask about your data, contact us at hello@heardmarketing.io.
9. Children
The Site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us at hello@heardmarketing.io if you believe a child has used the Site.
10. Warranties and Liability
THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED AS IS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS OR $50. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Dispute Resolution
Contact us first at hello@heardmarketing.io. Most issues can be resolved quickly. If not, unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules in Colorado. US users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, USA.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after the effective date means you accept the changes.
